Having secured a significant grant from the DfE to provide CPD, resources and support to FE practitioners and leaders, our focus will be on improving outcomes for learners in maths and English who have not yet achieved level 2 in either or both subjects.

Driven by ambitious targets, we will be working closely with Leeds Beckett University (who will provide monitoring and evaluation throughout) to ensure we continually adapt and shape the project based on feedback and data on what ‘actually works’, ensuring we provide a student and practitioner focused offer to achieve the best outcomes.

Combining our team of experienced FE subject specialists and leaders, we will provide face-to-face training and support, with our industry leading Learning Insight Engine, the Development Wheel, which enables practitioners, leaders and learners to access ‘in your own time’ learning. Drawing on our 14years experience working in over 2000 education settings nationally, we will provide a blended, accessible approach which has learner outcomes at the heart of everything we do.

Starting in November 2022, this exciting programme is expected to run until March 2025. To be part of this exciting and innovative programme, developed and led by FE sector leading experts (or would like further information) contact jonathan@createdevelopment.co.uk
