5 steps to creating your Wheel

We understand that each school, organisation and business has different needs; therefore, we work with you to find the right solution to help you achieve your objectives.

Choose from an existing pre-built Wheel or we can design one tailored to your specific needs. Here are the 5 simple steps to the process:

STEP 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

Arrange a consultation where we can discuss your aims and The Wheel platform further.

STEP 2 - Scoping phase

We will discuss your ideas on how you want to use the Wheel and its content to gather a good understanding of what you want to achieve. We will then suggest the best way to set the platform up for you to maximise its potential.

STEP 3 - Quotation & demonstration

We will prepare your quote and create a beta version of your platform to demonstrate its functionality and give you a sense of how it will look and feel once built.

STEP 4 - QUOTATION SIGN-OFF & BUILD

Once the quotation has been signed-off and timescales have been agreed, we will begin the build. You will be assigned a member of the Wheel team to keep you updated throughout the build phase.

STEP 5 - Onboard & launch

Once the build is complete we will provide a short training session for key members of your team and user guides for all users. We will also refine your Wheel based on your feedback if required.
