Who we work with

5 steps to creating your Wheel

We understand that each school, organisation and business has different needs; therefore, we work with you to find the right solution to help you achieve your objectives. You can choose from an existing pre-built Wheel or we can design one tailored to your specific needs.

If you would like a Wheel tailored to your own criteria or framework, there are the 5 simple steps to the process:

STEP 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

Contact The Development Wheel team and arrange a consultation where we can discuss your aims and The Wheel platform further.

STEP 2 - Scoping phase

The next meeting(s) will establish the scope of the project. We will discuss your ideas on how you want to use the Wheel, its content, the number of users and how you want the access permissions setup. Once we have a good understanding of what you want to achieve, we will suggest the best way to set the platform up for you to maximise its potential.

STEP 3 - Quotation & demonstration

Once the scope has been established we will prepare your quote. As part of this process, we will create a beta version of your platform to demonstrate its functionality and give you a sense of how it will look and feel once built.

STEP 4 - QUOTATION SIGN-OFF & BUILD

Once the quotation has been signed-off and timescales have been agreed, we will begin the build. You will be assigned a member of the Wheel team to keep you updated throughout the build phase.

STEP 5 - On-ramp & launch

Once the build is complete we will guide you through the on-ramping process. This consists of familiarising the key member(s) of your organisation with the platform through a short training session, activating your user accounts and refining the Wheel based on your feedback.

This secure location owned by Iomart, operates to the highest industry standards and is regularly inspected by independent auditors and assessors from a certification body on behalf the government’s United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). These compliance certifictions include, but are not limited to, ISO9002, ISO27001 and Cyber-Essentials.
